What is Lama Fera healing, and why is it different from Reiki?

Most people who explore energy healing start with Reiki. It is calming, gentle and widely available. But there is an older and deeper healing system, practised for centuries in Tibetan Buddhist monasteries, that is only now becoming known outside specialist circles. It is called Lama Fera. For many people it is the healing that finally shifts what nothing else could.
Where it comes from
Lama Fera is a Tibetan Buddhist healing technique believed to have been practised since 620 BC by monks in the Himalayan monasteries. It works with the universal healing energy of Lord Buddha, channelled through 12 sacred symbols and mantra vibrations. The practitioner invokes this energy and works around the recipient's body without physical touch. A session is a deeply sacred experience.
What it does
Lama Fera is not designed for everyday stress relief. It is designed for deep clearing. It works at the level of the energy field to remove heavy negativity, karmic residue, emotional trauma and spiritual blockages that have built up over time. People who experience it often describe a lifting of weight they had carried for years. The shifts are not always immediate, but they last.
- Persistent anxiety or low mood that has not responded to other approaches
- Recurring negative patterns in relationships, finances or health
- Feeling spiritually stuck despite consistent effort
- Deep grief or emotional pain that has not fully released
How it differs from Reiki
Reiki is restorative. It clears everyday energetic residue, reduces stress and brings the body back into balance. It is a beautiful practice and enormously effective for maintenance and emotional support.
Lama Fera goes further. It connects directly with the energy of Lord Buddha and works at a level Reiki is not designed to reach. Where Reiki cleanses, Lama Fera transforms. Both have their place, but they are not the same practice.
