Every stone in this list is one we sell and handle every day in the studio. For each: what tradition uses it for, the chakra it is linked to, the forms it comes in, and the one thing to know about caring for it. Traditions are described as traditions; crystals are sold as spiritual and decorative items, not as medicine.

Stones for calm and sleep

How to choose

Start with what you want to change, not with the prettiest stone: browse by purpose for wealth, protection, love, peace, health or career. Then pick the form: a bracelet for energy you carry, a pyramid or tower for a room, tumbles for the pocket or the bedside. One stone chosen with intention does more than ten chosen at random.
