Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 2026
This policy applies to all bookings made with Sacred Divine for readings, healing sessions, courses, and workshops offered by Divine Bharti Omniverse (OPC) Private Limited.

1. Cancellation Window
Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of the original booking being made. This window applies regardless of when the appointment is scheduled. If you book a session today, you have 48 hours from the time of booking to cancel and receive a refund consideration as per our Refund Policy.
Cancellation requests submitted after the 48-hour booking window will not be accepted. No refund will be issued for cancellations made outside this window under any circumstances.
Example: If you book a session on Monday at 3 PM, your cancellation window closes on Wednesday at 3 PM.

2. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment under the following conditions:

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 8 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Each client is permitted a maximum of two rescheduling requests per booking.
• Once a booking has been rescheduled twice, it is considered final. No further rescheduling will be accommodated.
• If a client is unable to attend after two rescheduled appointments, the booking is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email to support@sacreddivine.co. Verbal requests will not be accepted. The date and time of your written request will be used to determine eligibility.

4. No Show
If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment and has not submitted a rescheduling or cancellation request within the permitted windows, the booking is considered a no show. No refund or credit will be provided for no show appointments.

5. Cancellation by Sacred Divine
In the rare event that Sacred Divine needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full reschedule at your convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

6. Courses and Workshops
The same 48-hour cancellation window applies to course and workshop bookings. Once the course or workshop has commenced, no cancellation or refund will be accepted regardless of completion status.
