What Light Codes are
Light Codes are high-frequency energetic transmissions: patterns, symbols and vibrational frequencies that carry specific healing information and work at the level of the energy body rather than the physical body. Ancient civilisations worked with versions of this through sacred geometry, sound and symbol. What has changed is our ability to work with them more intentionally.
A simple way to think about it: your energy field holds patterns from your experiences, emotions and history. Some support you; others are outdated or limiting. Light Codes work like a frequency update, helping the field release what no longer serves and receive what supports clarity and wellbeing.
How they are transmitted
Light Codes can be transmitted directly by a practitioner during a session, in person or remotely. They can also be embedded in physical objects, and this is where crystals matter.
