How to Use

• Fill your bathtub Fill with warm to hot water — slightly warmer than usual to open the pores and maximise the mineral absorption.
• Add the bath salt Pour the full 50g sachet into the running water. The steam will immediately carry the eucalyptus and lemongrass — breathe it in as it dissolves.
• Soak Submerge and soak for 25 to 30 minutes. Breathe deeply. The respiratory benefits are as important as the skin absorption.
• Optional steam inhalation Cup your hands and bring a small amount of warm bath water near your face. Breathe in the eucalyptus steam for 2 to 3 minutes for additional respiratory support.
• Rinse and pat dry Rinse with cool water to close the pores. Pat dry. Rest immediately after.
• After the bath Drink a full glass of warm water. Rest for a minimum of 20 minutes — this is when the body continues its recovery work.
• Frequency Use 3 times a week during illness or recovery. 2 times a week for general wellness maintenance.

Do's and Don'ts

• Do perform a patch test before first use.
• Do drink water before and after the soak — mineral salt baths are dehydrating.
• Do rest after the soak — the body continues to process and recover after you exit the bath.
• Don't use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin.
• Don't use if sensitive to eucalyptus or lemongrass oils without a full patch test.
• Don't use within 24 hours of waxing, laser, or any skin treatment.
• Don't ingest. For external use only.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Keep the sachet tightly sealed between uses.
• Do not store in the bathroom — moisture degrades the salt and essential oils.
• Best used within 12 months of manufacture.

This is a handcrafted product. The eucalyptus and lemongrass scent intensity may vary slightly between batches due to natural essential oil variation. This does not affect quality or efficacy. Natural colour differences between batches are normal.

Due to the nature of our formulations — which are handcrafted, energised, and perishable — monetary refunds are not processed. Genuine concerns such as damaged packaging in transit, missing items, or incorrect products are handled through exchange or replacement upon review.
