How to Use

• Fill your bathtub Fill with warm water to your preferred level.
• Set your intention Before pouring, hold the sachet in both hands for 30 seconds. State what you want to release and what you want to restore.
• Add the bath salt Pour the full 50g sachet into the running water. Allow to dissolve.
• Soak Submerge and soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Close your eyes. Breathe. Allow the water to do its work.
• Rinse and pat dry Rinse with cool water. Pat dry gently. Do not rub — allow the oils to absorb.
• After the bath Rest for at least 10 minutes after your soak. Drink a glass of water. Let the shift settle.
• Frequency Use 2 to 3 times a week, or whenever you feel energetically depleted.
