1. Exchange Policy
- At Sacred Divine, every crystal piece is thoughtfully selected and prepared before it reaches you. We take pride in offering products crafted from authentic natural crystals that are often connected with mindful and energetic practices. Due to the delicate and energetic nature of our products, certain guidelines are followed to maintain authenticity, fairness, and transparency. As each piece is carefully curated, energetically prepared, and dispatched with love, monetary refunds are unfortunately not processed; however, we are happy to offer exchanges or replacements in genuine cases to help ensure your satisfaction.
2. Order Exchange
- We understand that customers may sometimes wish to change the product or bracelet size after confirming an order.
- An exchange request may be submitted within 48 hours from the time the order is placed.
- Requests submitted after the 48-hour timeframe from order confirmation may unfortunately not be eligible for exchange.
- The replacement item selected should be equal in price or greater in value than the originally purchased product.
- Should the newly selected product have a higher price than the original item, the additional amount will need to be paid before the exchange can be processed.
- Once an order enters the packing and preparation phase, further changes may not be possible because the crystal begins its energy preparation and light-coding process.
3. Exchange Eligibility & Conditions
- Exchange or replacement requests may be reviewed if one or more items are missing from the delivered package.
- Requests may also be reviewed if the product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping or transit handling.
- An exchange may also be considered if the item delivered does not match the order originally placed.
- Kindly provide the Order ID or order confirmation details, authentic proof of purchase, clear photographs or video evidence, and a complete unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the parcel.
- Requests submitted without proper supporting evidence may unfortunately not qualify for approval.
4. Unboxing Video Guideline
- Customers are kindly requested to record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the parcel at the time of delivery.
- This video helps verify if the product received does not match the item ordered, if items are missing, or if the product appears damaged.
- Unfortunately, if a clear and continuous unboxing video is not available, Sacred Divine may not be able to review or approve the replacement request.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
- Exchanges are not applicable for personalized or specially prepared crystal items.
- Exchanges are not applicable for digital materials once delivered.
- Requests may not qualify if products show signs of usage, wear, modification, or alteration after delivery.
- Requests may also not be approved if an item is returned without its original box, packaging, or protective materials.
6. Exchange Shipping & Fees
- Sacred Divine cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, misplaced, or damaged during return transit.
- Unless the concern has occurred from our side, the shipping expense for sending the item back will usually need to be covered by the customer.
- Kindly ensure the product is securely packed in its original box along with the protective materials before dispatching.
7. Product Evaluation
- Once the returned item reaches us, it will be carefully checked by our team.
- After the review is completed, the customer will be informed within 2 business days whether the exchange request has been approved or declined.
8. Exchange Request After Delivery
- Customers are kindly requested to submit the exchange request within 24 hours after delivery, along with appropriate supporting proof.
- The exchange will apply only to the particular item experiencing the issue, and not to the complete order.
9. Crystal Authenticity & Natural Characteristics
- All products offered by Sacred Divine are created using authentic natural crystals. Minor variations in colour, shade, structure, or surface texture may occur and are a normal part of the crystal's organic formation — not manufacturing defects.
10. International Orders
- Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the international parcel has been dispatched, shipping charges cannot be reversed.
- If an exchange is approved, return courier expenses will need to be covered by the customer.
11. Exchange-Only Policy
Due to the spiritual, delicate, and energetically prepared nature of our products, monetary refunds are unfortunately not processed. Eligible concerns may be addressed through replacement or exchange, subject to verification and approval.
