How to Cleanse Your Raw Aquamarine

• Moonlight — Full Moon overnight placement on a windowsill is ideal — lunar energy is particularly resonant with Aquamarine.
• Smudging — Move sage or palo santo smoke thoroughly over and around the piece with clear cleansing intention.
• Sound Cleansing — Place near a singing bowl. Vibration is particularly effective for raw pieces with natural faces.
• Running Water — Aquamarine is water-safe. Hold under cool running water for 60 seconds, then dry thoroughly.
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Thorough drying after water rinsing is essential.

Mindful Use of Your Crystal

• Set a Clear Intention — When you first place your raw crystal, hold it in both hands and state clearly what you are asking it to do. Say it once. Mean it.
• Periodic Reaffirmation — Once a month, hold the stone again and restate your intention. This reinforces and renews the energetic agreement between you and the crystal.
• Trust the Placement — Once positioned, leave it. Constant rearranging fragments the field the crystal is building. Choose your placement with care, then let the stone work undisturbed.
• Notice What Changes — After placing your raw crystal, pay attention to the quality of sleep, the emotional temperature of interactions, and how you feel in the space.

Raw Aquamarine is a natural formation and each piece is unique. The hexagonal prismatic structure varies from well-formed terminated crystals to more irregular rough fragments. Colour ranges from very pale blue to a richer sea-green. Natural inclusions, internal fractures, and surface variations are markers of genuine, unprocessed crystal.
